Cancellation Policy
Management Information Systems reserves the right to postpone courses if sufficient student numbers are not attained. Bookings are processed on receipt of Registration. A cancellation fee of 50% will apply to cancellations made less than 10 working days from the commencement date. Registrants who fail to attend will not be entitled to any refund. Substitution of students can be made up until the start of the course.

Note: Course bookings are invoiced at the time of registration and payment is required in full, 5 days (workings) prior to course commencement.
